Position Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional in digital transformation domain looking to make a difference? Come join our team at Rules Cube as a Business Development Executive (Pega) and be part of an exciting journey. In this role, you will have a key role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies that unlock fresh business opportunities in your assigned region. Your main goal will be to focus on capturing large accounts, nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and skillfully converting them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our company's goals.

Note: “This is a Telecommute/work-from-home position.” 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions
  • Develop Rules Cube’s sales strategic plan
  • Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutions
  • Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms
  • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs
  • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them
  • Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
  • Excellent level of English
