  • Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects.
  • Work closely with Sales to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts.
  • Support and, where applicable, participate in closing select deals alongside the Sales team, gaining hands-on deal-cycle experience.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS solutions, ideally within financial services, fintech, or a related B2B technology space, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Proven experience with outbound reach (cold calling, email, social selling) and demonstrated performance generating interest from potential prospects.
  • Experience conducting account research and pre-call planning to tailor outreach to prospect needs.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation best practices — an advantage.
  • Familiarity with a CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) — an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with prospects, including senior stakeholders at banks, fintechs, and payment providers.
  • Prior exposure to deal cycles or closing experience is an advantage.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of drive, energy, and passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.

Additional information:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
  • Company stock options
