Your Opportunity: Taylor Creative Design (TCD), a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team! This position’s sole charter is relentless growth through whatever means necessary – organic/new account acquisition, expansion with existing accounts you close.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic sales leader who understands how creative services, from brand strategy and packaging design to content and production, drive business results. The ideal candidate brings an established network of brand and marketing leaders across industries such as beauty, CPG, lifestyle, and spirits, and thrives on building new relationships and closing complex deals.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Accounts and Growth this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will represent the combined capabilities of Taylor’s creative agencies, connecting clients with integrated solutions that span branding, packaging, experiential design, and production.
Working closely with agency leadership, you will help position TCD as a strategic partner capable of delivering both creative vision and scalable execution.

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development for JMD, a creative agency that specializes in brand identity design and 360 executions
- Identify and pursue opportunities with key stakeholders across a range of CPG categories including beauty, lifestyle, health, wellness, food and beverage
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship development
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new opportunities
- Lead consultative sales conversations with marketing and brand leaders
- Develop strategic account plans to expand relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to shape proposals, presentations, and pitch strategies
- Represent the full range of Taylor’s creative, marketing, and production capabilities to clients
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities in partnership with agency leadership
- Track pipeline activity and sales progress within Salesforce
You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales in related CPG categories and/or creative agency business development
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close complex new business opportunities
- Strong network of marketing, brand, and procurement leaders across relevant industries
- Experience selling creative services, marketing solutions, packaging, or related capabilities
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and C-level executives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for growth and opportunity creation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple internal teams

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
