Help get Spherecast in front of the people who run the world’s consumer goods supply chains.

The Spherecast Platform is the real-time operating system for consumer goods supply chains. Agnes, our AI Supply Chain Manager, runs on top of it, helping brands decide what to produce, where to make it, and how to move it. Your job is to help us reach the brands that need it.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to research prospects, pick up the phone, send thoughtful gifts, and turn creative outreach into real conversations. One day, you might put together a personalized package for a supply chain executive. The next, you’ll call them, learn about their challenges, and book a meeting.

You’ll own the details from the first touch to the follow-up. Success means opening doors and creating qualified sales opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Run personalized gifting campaigns. Research prospects, come up with thoughtful gift ideas, source and package them, coordinate shipping, and follow up when they arrive.

  • Cold call prospective customers. Reach supply chain and operations leaders, introduce Spherecast, handle initial objections, and book qualified meetings.

  • Find the right people. Research consumer brands, identify relevant decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists.

  • Write outreach that gets a response. Create personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and handwritten notes that give prospects a reason to engage.

  • Own the follow-up. Keep track of conversations, deliveries, and next steps in our CRM. Make sure promising opportunities keep moving.

  • Test and improve. Try different messages, gifts, and outreach approaches. Track which ones generate conversations and meetings, then build on what works.

  • Support events and campaigns. Help get the right people into the room and turn introductions into ongoing conversations.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you’ve never met.

  • You’re persistent and resilient. You can hear “no,” learn from it, and make the next call.

  • You’re organized and reliable. You keep track of shipping details, contact information, and follow-up dates.

  • You’re resourceful and creative. You can find a relevant angle or thoughtful gift that makes someone pay attention.

  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and in conversation.

  • You take ownership, move quickly, and ask for feedback to improve.

  • You’re curious about startups, sales, and how consumer brands operate.

  • You’re excited to work on-site with our team in New York City.

  • Bonus: Strong experience in sales (especially cold calling), video editing/cinematography, fundraising, hospitality, student organizations, or building something of your own. Previous business development experience is welcome but not required.
