  • Partner with content owners and presenters to ensure readiness, accuracy, and on‑time delivery of materials.
  • Review delivery health metrics and financial data, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights and support leadership decision‑making.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing reporting, streamlining workflows, and optimizing cross‑functional coordination.
  • Support reporting enhancements and special initiatives (e.g., regional performance or leakage reporting).
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Handle ad hoc requests, escalations, and temporary backfill responsibilities as needed.
  • Contribute to execution of business continuity plans during periods of change.
  • Support internal communications, business planning activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster team culture and organizational health by supporting engagement initiatives and partnering with HR on onboarding, hiring, and inclusion efforts.
  • Occasionally present insights and updates in leadership forums.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB), business operations, or business management functions.
  • 8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and validating data using Excel and Power BI; financial data experience strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience working directly with senior stakeholders in a business management, operations, or program coordination role.
  • Strong background in business management, program coordination, or operational roles within a regional or global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven experience preparing executive‑level content and supporting leadership decision‑making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or supporting IT‑focused organizations.
  • Prior experience working as a vendor or in a client‑facing services environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience supporting budgeting or financial review processes.
  • Demonstrated success driving reporting enhancements and process improvements.
  • Experience supporting leadership forums or executive operating cadences.
  • High level of comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
