We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support growth across key markets by building strategic partnerships with property owners, developers, and operators in the office and multifamily space. You will help develop territory strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage deals from initial outreach through close. This role is suited for a business development professional with strong real estate fluency, experience building partnerships, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
We partner directly with leading property owners to modernize buildings, elevate tenant experience, and unlock new revenue opportunities through digital media. At Life Space Digital, we combine high design with smart technology to redefine what people expect from everyday spaces.
Your Focus in the Sales Funnel:
Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories
Drive prospect engagement and support multi-site deal execution
Collaborate with leadership to support go-to-market strategies
What you'll get to do in this role:
Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories
Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets
Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners
Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams
Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation
Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs
Who you are:
3-6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial real estate sales, or a related field
Experience developing relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers
Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements
Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different stakeholders
Comfortable operating in early-stage and scaling environments with high performance expectations
Experience using a CRM; previous experience with HubSpot is preferred

The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
