Lead enterprise sales for AI solutions in financial services: generate pipeline, own full sales cycle using MEDDIC, hit quota, build C-suite relationships, coordinate scoping with AI engineering, manage proposals/RFPs, contracts, and CRM while leveraging AI tools to scale outreach.
The summary above was generated by AI

You take full ownership of your market — not just the pipeline, but the outcomes.

You're naturally curious about how AI is reshaping financial services, you listen before you pitch, and you know that real client impact matters more than hitting a milestone.

If that sounds like how you already work, we'd like to talk.

Objective

Generate a predictable new-revenue pipeline of new-logo UK Financial Services accounts, run the full MEDDIC sales cycle to closed-won, and establish Neurons Lab as the preferred AI partner for UK mid-market (Tier 2–4) FSI.

Areas of Responsibility

New Revenue Generation, Pipeline Development
  • Generate a focused pipeline of new-logo qualified opportunities each quarter (fewer, larger deals — quality over volume)

  • Maintain a strong MQL to SQL conversion rate

  • Own deals in the $250k–$2M band

  • Target UK FS Tier 2–4 (mid-market): challenger and digital banks, building societies, insurers, asset and wealth managers, payments and fintechs

Sales Execution
  • Own full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won

  • Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification

  • Sell scoped services / SOWs and custom, client-stack solutions — not licences, SaaS subscriptions, or staff-augmentation

  • Achieve >25% win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs)

  • Manage services sales cycles that typically run 3–9 months in this deal band

Strategic Outreach
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting C-suite and VP-level executives

  • Develop UK FSI-specific value propositions and use cases

  • Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach efficiency

  • Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts

Pre-Sales & Deal ManagementSolution Positioning
  • Articulate business value and ROI for AI initiatives

  • Coordinate scoping workshops with AI Engineering team

  • Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses and pricing negotiations

  • Manage contract process (MSAs, SOWs) through execution

Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts

  • Provide weekly revenue forecasts with confidence levels

  • Document sales plays and competitive intelligence

  • Ensure smooth transition to Account Delivery post-sale

Performance Standards
  • Activity Metrics: consistent outbound to C-suite/VP buyers at target UK FS accounts

  • Response Time: <2 hours for all leads

  • Forecast Accuracy: >80% on 30-day forecasts

  • Documentation: 100% CRM compliance

Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Systematic thinking

  • Strong collaboration and management skills

  • Result-driven & client-centric approach

  • English: Advanced or above, with fluency

Experience
  • New-logo hunter — a track record of originating and closing net-new business, not renewals or account management

  • Complex enterprise sales into UK Financial Services or banking, with a live book of UK FS buyers

  • Sold scoped services / SOWs (or custom-build / client-stack solutions), not licences or staff-augmentation

  • Personally owned FSI deals in the $250k–$2M band

  • Experience working in the AI / ML domain

  • Experience working with AWS

  • Experience selling to US-based clients a plus (US is inbound-only)

What We Offer
  • Capacity: full-time

  • Remote, flexible, no micromanagement

  • AI + FSI = the hottest sales vertical

  • AWS partner status — credibility built in

  • Senior team, fast decisions, real impact from day one
