Position Overview

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new dealer and sales development in focus markets for the North America Spa Division (Sundance Spas) across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and partnering closely with regional sales teams, this role identifies distribution opportunities, increases dealer coverage, and drives incremental sales in new or underserved markets, directly supporting the division's growth objectives.


This role can be performed remotely and requires travel up to 50% of the time seasonally.

You bring organizational discipline to your work, keeping your pipeline visible, forecasting accurately, and following through from first conversation to a successful dealer launch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with ease, and build strong, accountable relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional partners.


What You'll Do

Market Development & Dealer Acquisition

•       Identify and pursue new dealer and distribution opportunities in targeted markets across the United States and Canada

•       Support the execution of North America Business Development initiatives and market expansion efforts

•       Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and support evaluation of potential dealer partnerships


Sales Cycle & Pipeline Management

•       Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing for assigned new dealer opportunities

•       Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective dealers in collaboration with regional sales managers and directors

•       Utilize Salesforce.com and B2B marketing tools to manage pipeline activity, track opportunities, and support accurate forecasting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•       Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support dealer acquisition and market development initiatives

•       Provide competitive and market feedback to internal teams to support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives

•       Establish and lead strong relationships with Regional Sales Directors and Sales Managers to drive accountability to, and mentorship on, forecast accuracy across new and existing business


Dealer Onboarding & Growth

•       Assist with dealer onboarding to help ensure a successful launch

•       Support early-stage dealer development to drive long-term dealer performance and growth


•       Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

What You Bring

Required

•       5–10 years of progressive experience in field sales, business development, or a related field

•       CRM and pipeline tracking experience, including managing pipelines and reporting (Salesforce preferred)

•       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field

•       Solid understanding of B2B sales and dealer network development, with a demonstrated ability to develop and close new business

•       Ability to analyze opportunities and evaluate return on investment for growth initiatives

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills

•       Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail

•       Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with an execution mindset and consistent follow-through


Preferred

•       Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment

•       Experience working with dealer or distribution networks

•       Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and B2B marketing tools

•       Retail industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills

This position includes a base salary of $115,000+ commensurate with experience, as well as eligibility for a sales incentive/commission program, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation tied to individual and company results.

Where You'll Work

This role can be performed remotely from a home office equipped with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 500 Mbps). The position requires travel up to 50% of the time seasonally; when meetings or events begin on a Monday, weekend travel may occasionally be required depending on geography and location. The role frequently involves standing, reaching, and extended computer and phone use, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
