Position Overview

Perion is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager to support our active Business Development and M&A organization. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, contributing directly to Perion’s long‑term growth through partnerships, vendor relationships, and strategic acquisitions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is intellectually curious, and is eager to take ownership of high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and advise the SVP of Corporate Development on partnership strategy, negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Lead strategic initiatives with partners, driving collaboration, innovation, and long‑term value creation.
  • Lead outreach to potential partners and manage the full vetting process, including capability assessments and alignment checks.
  • Drive end‑to‑end contract negotiation processes in collaboration with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all contract statuses, renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent Perion at industry conferences, events, and partner forums to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Conduct deep industry research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and acquisition targets.
  • Prepare detailed market maps, competitive analyses, and opportunity assessments.
  • Build and maintain a corporate development pipeline of potential partners and acquisition targets

Must‑Have Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategy, or related fields—preferably within AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage detailed business and operational tasks while contributing to high‑level strategic evaluations.
  • Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to evaluate complex technologies, business models, and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA 
  • Strong research capabilities and the ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
  • High level of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to dive into fast‑paced, intensive work cycles.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for digital media and technology.
