Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage a portfolio of clients at multiple levels in their organization to sell value of Global Business Consulting
  • Collaborate with Account Development to identify opportunities for partnership with GBC and potential engagements
  • Scope, price, and sell engagements to help to drive revenue and client entrenchment
  • Create and manage project plans, ensure that project timelines are met and that work is completed within the allotted hours/cost
  • Lead project teams through formulation of project strategy, analysis of large datasets, development of recommendations, and implementation
  • Create and deliver compelling presentation of insights and recommendations to clients to drive project forward and demonstrate client value
  • Act as day-to-day client and GCP Account Development contact
  • Participate in and/or lead internal initiatives that help to grow our business, expand our service offerings, bring our clients improved insights, and/or drive efficiencies
  • Operate in and contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity with respect to all aspects of the role

Qualifications

  • Strong probing and presentation skills with the ability to diagnose clients needs and propose customized analytical solutions
  • Structured approach to problem solving and exceptional analytical skills. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leading client-focused projects and engagements
  • Outstanding presentation and client-facing acumen from business development through delivery
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence internally/externally, and to identify and proactively raise potential problems and recommended solutions
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments while adhering to strict project timelines and budgeted hours
  • Comfort leading project teams on new assignments/opportunities with ambiguity in approach or outcome
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel/Access required
  • Experience in management consulting, knowledge of sourcing, procurement, process, travel management, or Six Sigma, a plus
  • Bachelors required, MBA preferred.
