Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Actively manage a portfolio of clients at multiple levels in their organization to sell value of Global Business Consulting
- Collaborate with Account Development to identify opportunities for partnership with GBC and potential engagements
- Scope, price, and sell engagements to help to drive revenue and client entrenchment
- Create and manage project plans, ensure that project timelines are met and that work is completed within the allotted hours/cost
- Lead project teams through formulation of project strategy, analysis of large datasets, development of recommendations, and implementation
- Create and deliver compelling presentation of insights and recommendations to clients to drive project forward and demonstrate client value
- Act as day-to-day client and GCP Account Development contact
- Participate in and/or lead internal initiatives that help to grow our business, expand our service offerings, bring our clients improved insights, and/or drive efficiencies
- Operate in and contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity with respect to all aspects of the role
- Strong probing and presentation skills with the ability to diagnose clients needs and propose customized analytical solutions
- Structured approach to problem solving and exceptional analytical skills. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leading client-focused projects and engagements
- Outstanding presentation and client-facing acumen from business development through delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence internally/externally, and to identify and proactively raise potential problems and recommended solutions
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments while adhering to strict project timelines and budgeted hours
- Comfort leading project teams on new assignments/opportunities with ambiguity in approach or outcome
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel/Access required
- Experience in management consulting, knowledge of sourcing, procurement, process, travel management, or Six Sigma, a plus
- Bachelors required, MBA preferred.
