The opportunity
Are you an experienced SDR/BDR looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a relentless and talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our pipeline growth. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage team, work directly with leadership, and sell a product that solves a massive pain point for CFOs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and map them to Nilus solutions. Communicate our value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging.
- Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales & marketing tools to generate new interest and new business potential.
- Work with GTM operations tools (such as Clay, Lemlist and Nooks) and update lead activity in CRM & relevant platforms.
- Experiment with new strategies, analyze what’s working, and share feedback.
- Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B SaaS companies, with preference to fintechs.
- Fluency in English at a first-language level - a must!
- Based in Nashville or NYC (preferred) - remote okay - but has the ability to work all US hours.
