About Us

Gynger is the only cash flow management solution with embedded financing that's built for B2B technology vendors. Our platform empowers vendors to offer flexible payment terms to their customers, while still getting paid up-front by Gynger.

Headquartered in New York City, Gynger has been awarded Built In’s Best Places to Work for the past three years. In addition to raising a $100M credit facility to fuel our growth - we've also raised over $31M in equity from a roster of world class investors, including: PayPal Ventures, Gradient (Google’s AI fund), Velvet Sea, Deciens, Vine, Upper90, Quiet Capital and m]x[v.

We're rapidly expanding into a $5.7T market by changing the way businesses buy and sell technology - and we're looking for hardened sellers to join us in this next phase of growth. Are you up for the challenge?

The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Gynger's Go-to-Market team. You will generate qualified leads through cold outbound prospecting (email, phone, and social) and book meetings for our Account Executives. To be successful, you will take full ownership of the role, using your resourcefulness to execute at scale.

In this role you will...

  • Build and execute creative outbound campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Prospect daily via cold calls, cold emails, and social selling.
  • Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and finance leaders.

You must have...

  • At least one year of experience as a SaaS BDR/SDR with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Cold calling experience and strong copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of our BDR tech stack: HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, and Nooks.
  • Proficiency using LLMs/AI tools (e.g. Claude) in your capacity as a BDR/SDR.

You are...

  • Resilient. You hear "no" 100 times and still pick up the phone for call 101.
  • Curious. You research prospects obsessively and always want to know more than you need.
  • Ownership. You own your numbers (no excuses, no blame).
  • Competitive. You compete against yourself and hate losing more than you love winning.
  • Empathetic. You understand what keeps a CFO up at night and can speak their language.
  • AI-Fluent. You leverage AI tools to prospect smarter and faster.
