Trusted by some of the world’s most respected companies, beqom enables HR and business leaders to navigate global compliance and make smarter pay decisions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

The role

As a BDR, you’re the engine of our US pipeline. Every conversation you start with a Head of Reward, CHRO, or VP Total Rewards moves a deal closer to revenue. That is the job, and it’s measurable from day one.

Concretely, you’ll:

  • Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies
  • Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employees
  • Qualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws)
  • Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 deals
  • Experiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles.

Every conversation you start moves us - and you - forward.

What are we looking for?

    What you need to bring

    • 1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count)
    • Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders.
    • Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business, not a checklist
    • Based in NYC or willing to be, with 3 days in-office presence

What sets the best candidates apart

    • You’ve already played with AI tools (Claude, Clay, Apollo, n8n) and you have opinions about what works
    • You write outbound copy that doesn’t sound like a template
    • You have a side project, a newsletter, a Substack, a GitHub, a TikTok, something that shows you build things
    • You know your way around HubSpot, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    The stack you’ll use daily

HubSpot, Lemlist, Nooks (parallel dialer), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace. Plus the AI tools you want to test. We give you a budget for that.

    Why join us?

    • Real ownership. You won’t inherit a script and a list. You’ll co-build the US outbound motion with our team.
    • Real exposure. You engage senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies from your first month. The conversations you build are the foundation of an enterprise sales career.
    • Real impact. We sell pay compensation software. The work you do funds a fairer compensation system at scale.
