Overview
This role is perfect for a driven individual with a proven track record in securing new business, exceeding commercial targets, and building strong brand relationships. You’ll work directly with leading global brands, leveraging the full UNiDAYS product portfolio to create impactful strategies for engaging the Gen Z audience. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in a priority market, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

EXPERIENCE: What we need you to have done
  • This role is for a very ambitious, dynamic and driven individual who has experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media, with a proven track record of delivering against ambitious outreach/ lead generation targets. 
  • Experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development and negotiations is also beneficial.
  • A deep understanding of the e-commerce industry with a focus on the tools and technologies utilised within outreach/ lead generation practises.
  • Team players are essential, as you will collaborate cross functionally and be supported by the broader Commercial team to deliver the most crucial commercial partnerships at UNiDAYS globally.

Job responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES: What we need you to do
  • Own lead generation for the Food, Travel and Experiences category in the US market, and be accountable for driving partner acquisition and ensuring their success on the network.
  • Ensure the establishment of positive, productive external partner relationships.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally by sharing new ideas and best practice as you accelerate growth for UNiDAYS in the US market.
  • Ensure day to day sales operations are efficiently driving partner acquisition activity and conversion. You will utilise Salesforce dashboards and data to maximise sales activity through the pipeline from lead gen to conversion.
  • Reporting pipeline and partner results to senior managers on a frequent basis.
  • Champion commercial challenges, driving innovations and solutions within the business and it’s partners.
  • Management of B2B conferences, and new business hospitality events to drive new partner acquisition.
