About Architexor

Architexor is a multidisciplinary technology, design, and production company working across software development, digital solutions, architecture and design, automation, visualization, video production, and creative services.

We help businesses turn ideas and operational challenges into practical solutions by bringing together technical, design, and creative expertise.

As we expand across the United States, Canada, Latin America, India, and Europe, we are building local teams that understand their markets and can develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients.

About the Role

We are looking for proactive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help grow Architexor's presence in local markets.

You will be one of the first points of contact between Architexor and prospective clients.

Your role is to identify promising companies and decision-makers, start professional conversations, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and connect interested prospects with the appropriate Architexor team.

This is not simply a high-volume cold-calling position. We value quality conversations, thoughtful prospecting, consistent follow-up, and genuine business opportunities.

You'll use a combination of phone outreach, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other appropriate channels.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify companies that could benefit from Architexor's services.
  • Identify relevant founders, executives, department leaders, project managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Contact prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other outbound channels.
  • Introduce Architexor clearly and professionally.
  • Ask the right questions to understand prospective clients' challenges and needs.
  • Qualify opportunities based on business need, timing, project scope, and potential fit.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings with our business, technical, design, or production teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
  • Share market feedback, objections, customer needs, and competitor information with the team.
  • Test different outreach approaches and help us improve our international sales process.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Enjoy communicating with new people.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations.
  • Are dependable and consistent with follow-ups.
  • Can work independently in a remote environment.
  • Are curious about different businesses, industries, and client problems.
  • Learn quickly and are comfortable explaining new concepts.
  • Represent a company professionally and honestly.
  • Take responsibility for your work and results.

Previous B2B sales, lead generation, customer-facing, or business development experience is valuable, but we are also open to high-potential candidates who demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Cold-calling or outbound sales experience.
  • LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
  • CRM experience such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • An existing professional network in your market.
  • Experience in technology, software, professional services, architecture/design, media, creative production, or related industries.
  • Fluency in languages relevant to your territory.

Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

This position begins as a part-time role with a clear pathway to full-time employment based on performance.

During your first 1–2 months, we will evaluate results as well as communication, reliability, initiative, professionalism, consistency, and ability to work effectively with our international team.

Strong performers may transition to a full-time position after the first 1–2 months.

We are looking for people who want to grow with Architexor over the long term. As our presence in your market develops, there may also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Compensation

This position offers a location-adjusted base rate plus performance-based commission and/or bonuses.

Base compensation varies according to location, experience, expected working hours, and responsibilities.

Performance compensation may reward results such as qualified meetings, sales opportunities, new clients, and revenue generated.

Specific compensation will be discussed transparently during the interview process.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn't simply making the largest number of calls.

You consistently identify the right prospects, start credible conversations, follow through professionally, and generate qualified opportunities that can develop into long-term client relationships.

Why Join Architexor?

You'll be joining while we are actively building our international presence.

Rather than following a rigid sales playbook, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop local relationships, learn different areas of our business, and help shape how Architexor grows in your market.

Strong performance can lead to a full-time role and greater regional responsibility as we grow.
