About This Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to serve as the connective tissue between our Marketing and Sales teams - turning outbound prospecting and marketing-driven interest into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

You'll thrive in this role if you've generated leads from both marketing campaigns and cold outreach and have a track record of hitting personal sales quotas. Using strong communication skills, you'll build genuine relationships with prospects from first contact through qualification, then hand off well-qualified leads to the right Account Executive to close. Responsibilities

  • Drive interest and pipeline for the Sales team through outbound activities like cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Meet daily KPIs for cold dials, emails, and other outbound activity
  • Use creative prospecting techniques to get in front of senior-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Pitch Arkestro to potential customers, qualify leads, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Support marketing campaigns that drive attendance and engagement for events like our annual conference and industry events
  • Proactively source new business opportunities using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Share qualitative and quantitative feedback with Business Development and Sales leadership
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for every contact and account

Necessary Qualifications

  • Proven track record of appointment setting for large enterprises (Fortune 2000)
  • Excellent communication skills, both with prospects and internally
  • Ability to take coaching and adjust quickly
  • Prior experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role at an enterprise SaaS company
  • Experience across multiple outreach channels - cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Consistent track record of achieving and beating sales quotas through creative, strategic execution
  • Strong working experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with pipeline-generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a procurement and/or supply chain software company
  • Have worked closely with AE’s on account-based-marketing sales campaigns
Pay Range
$65,000—$80,000 USD
