The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career in sales in a fast-paced startup environment working closely with generative AI solutions for video production. The BDR is responsible for identifying small and mid-sized businesses who are looking to expand their brand reach through the use of AI video content. Objectives will be tied to booking meetings and closing deals. The BDR will play a crucial role in expanding Three Leaf Clover.ai’s client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new business opportunities: Researching and identifying potential clients in target markets and refining an ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Cold outreach: Cold calls, emails, and outreach through social media to achieve the company’s pipeline generation targets.
• Meeting prep: Debrief the creative team ahead of any meetings with prospective clients. Provide notes and any other relevant materials to ensure the team is well prepared before presenting.
• Client research: Assess potential clients’ needs, budget, and target audience. Understand how AI video production will enhance each prospective client’s marketing strategy.
• Data management: Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospects and lead qualification activities.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a business development role conducting cold outreach, setting up meetings, and building relationships with companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Eager to learn and have a desire to work in the AI video production space.
