The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting the Corporate Digital Media organization. This role is ideal for someone who is driven and eager to collaborate effectively as a great teammate, bringing a strategic approach and a strong desire to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers.

As a BDR, you will be the initial contact for potential clients and have a significant impact on starting valuable discussions with C-level decision-makers. You will lead outreach to target accounts, engaging prospects through education and discovery, and scheduling sales meetings to generate qualified pipeline.. By employing a strategic, account-focused strategy, you will contribute to boosting initial engagement that aids in long-term revenue growth. This role is perfect for an individual who is inquisitive, adaptable, and motivated to establish connections with key accounts through tailored and innovative communication.

What You'll Do
  • Represent Adobe Document and Creative Cloud as an ambassador and build strong first impressions with prospects and customers by providing a high-quality, engaging experience
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of phone calls, email outreach, and social media engagement
  • Be accountable to performance goals, including qualified meetings booked, opportunities generated, and influenced revenue
  • Perform the necessary volume of activities (calls, emails, social touches, and other outreach) to meet and exceed pipeline generation targets
  • Demonstrate creativity and curiosity in experimenting with new prospecting strategies and outreach techniques
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve the efficiency of our demand-generation campaigns and overall pipeline development
  • Contribute actively to the evolution of our sales development processes, with an approach centered on continuous improvement and shared success
What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 6 months of lead generation experience, preferably within a high-growth SaaS business
  • Previous inside sales experience is a plus
  • A highly entrepreneurial spirit, passion for building Adobe Document and Creative Cloud, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong ability to effectively convey information through written, verbal, and listening channels
  • Confidence and consistency with a phone-first approach—willing and prepared to make daily cold calls and book meetings
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding individual goals
  • Understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter, and the ability to use tools like blogs and monitoring platforms effectively in prospecting
  • High levels of determination, drive, and perseverance in a performance-focused setting
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800 -- $103,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
