What you’ll do at M7

As one of M7’s first BDRs, you’ll play a critical role in building the foundation of our growth engine. We’re looking for a hunter who has a track record of exceeding targets and brings exceptional communication skills. This is a high-energy, high-upside role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly shape the company’s trajectory.

As the first point of contact for C-suite executives and decision-makers, you’ll be the face of M7 — polished, credible, and able to make a lasting first impression. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a well-funded startup at the ground floor, work directly with our founders and sales team, and help scale a category-defining company.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Generate pipeline. Proactively identify, research, prioritize, and reach out to high-potential prospects across target healthcare organizations.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns. Deploy creative, persistent outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, phone, and industry events to engage prospects effectively.
  • Source and qualify accounts. Research organizations, map decision-making structures, and write targeted sequences with personalized messaging.
  • Own the first impression. Engage prospects with genuine curiosity and credibility, educating them on workforce challenges M7 solves while building authentic relationships.
  • Collaborate strategically with our Sales team. Partner closely with founders to hand off qualified opportunities, refine messaging that resonates, and ensure seamless prospect handoffs.
  • Build the playbook. Learn and evolve M7’s outreach process into an organized, repeatable, well-defined approach for attacking the market.
  • Raise the bar. Help set the tone for a scrappy, driven sales culture where both effort and results are celebrated.
