About the Role
Revv is growing fast, and we’re looking for a business development representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and filling our sales funnel as we build our go-to-market function. This role is crucial for generating revenue in our next phase of hypergrowth. You will operate in a hybrid environment, with fantastic earning and career growth potential. You will collaborate with sales leaders and account executives to drive business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Development

  • Research and identify prospective automotive repair businesses

  • Outreach to prospective customers - primarily via phone

  • Schedule new business meetings with account executives

Collaboration and Strategy

  • Work closely with sales leaders to strategize on business development priorities

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and other tools

  • Overcome objections, communicate Revv’s value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process

  • Ensure seamless client handoffs between the business development and account executive teams

Qualifications
Professional Experience

  • One to three years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably in SaaS

  • Proven success in cold calling, particularly with small and medium-sized businesses

  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed

  • Coachable mindset with a passion for team collaboration

  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in sales approaches

  • Experience with sales tools and a willingness to learn new technologies

  • Demonstrated track record of professional and academic success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong professional references

  • Experience with marketplace models

  • Enthusiasm for high-growth environments

  • Background in phone sales or collegiate sales competitions

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry
