We are entering the foundation phase and are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and revenue streams in the United States. This is a Contractor role for a Business Development Executive focused on IT Services, including Technology staffing. As a Business Development Executive, you will use strong communication and negotiation skills to generate B2B technology services sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to our overall success.
The individual will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, and driving business development efforts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and communicating the value of Process Paramarsh’s IT Services and Solutions. The representative will work closely with the Founder to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market reach in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Identify and prospect U.S. businesses with IT services needs, understand pain points
- Develop relationships with hiring managers, project managers, procurement teams, and executives
- Regularly conduct outreach and present the company at local networking events
- Present services and solutions, tailoring solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with the operations team to negotiate contract terms, rates, timeline, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal operations recruiting team to fulfill client requirements quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM system
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, emerging IT services and staffing demands
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience of 4-5 years in IT services, IT staffing, professional services, or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI, ERP, Commerce products and services
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation models and bill rate/pay rate/margin structures.
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must have previous experience with IT Consulting services organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA in Marketing is preferred
- Experience in Business Development
- Established network of IT decision-makers and HR/procurement contacts
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior success in a commission-only or high-variable-compensation sales role.
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor in the U.S or India.
