About you:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth by engaging prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. You are motivated by achieving goals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience from the first interaction.

You are confident communicating with senior stakeholders, comfortable navigating complex organizations, and skilled at uncovering business needs through thoughtful, consultative conversations. You also have a disciplined and organized approach to account planning, prospecting, and pipeline development.

This role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their sales career within a high-growth SaaS and software organization, while gaining exposure to technology solutions, strategic sales initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for the Sales team through strategic outbound prospecting and lead engagement activities.

  • Research and map target accounts to identify key stakeholders, organizational structure, whitespace opportunities, and strategic entry points.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.

  • Manage a blend of self-generated outbound prospecting efforts and inbound marketing-qualified leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Utilize CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and prospecting technologies to track activity, maintain accurate records, and improve outreach effectiveness.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs related to pipeline generation, meeting activity, and opportunity creation.

  • Develop knowledge of Access’ SaaS products, software solutions, services, and industry markets to effectively position value to prospective customers.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to support informed and relevant customer conversations.

Your skills and experiences might also include

Required:

  • Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, SaaS sales, or a customer-facing commercial role.

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance metrics, sales goals, or pipeline generation targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging prospective customers across multiple levels of an organization.

  • Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, including phone outreach, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.

  • Professional and organized approach to account management, pipeline tracking, and follow-up activities.

  • Familiarity using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools to maintain accurate customer and opportunity records.

  • Resilience and adaptability when navigating objections, changing priorities, and evolving business needs.

Preferred:

  • Background supporting strategic account sales initiatives.

  • Exposure to SaaS, hospitality technology, ERP, or business software environments.

Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.

Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, plus additional variable compensation. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
