We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will help drive business growth by identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers across the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels
• Engage decision-makers and generate interest in our services
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve outreach and meeting targets
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, and prospecting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, technology, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
