Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Junior LATAM)

Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospects. Support sales presentations, proposals, market research, competitor analysis, executive coordination, calendars, and special projects. Collaborate with internal teams while helping drive business development and revenue initiatives across LATAM.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Junior) to support our leadership and revenue teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business development, sales, and project coordination while gaining exposure to executive operations and business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update prospect and client information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials.
- Support market research and competitor analysis initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support special projects and business initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Must reside in LATAM.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable conducting outreach activities and communicating with prospects.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication.

- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or lead-generation activities.
- Experience in B2B environments.
