In this role, you will build and analyze datasets, develop actionable insights related to labor planning, and support standardized forecasting and modeling. You'll work closely with partners in Operations, HR, and Finance to understand business priorities and translate them into clear reporting and modeling outputs.
This role focuses on strong data preparation, KPI monitoring, and insight delivery-while also providing opportunities to explore AI-assisted analytics and labor modeling. Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $74,000.00 - $111,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Data Preparation, Analysis & KPI Reporting
- Gather, clean, and prepare workforce data from multiple systems.
- Develop and distribute standard and ad-hoc labor reports.
- Maintain dashboards to support KPI visibility.
- Identify trends and summarize insights for business partners.
- Forecasting & Workforce Planning Support
- Support forecasting workstreams by preparing inputs and running standardized models.
- Analyze workforce capacity, schedule coverage, and labor utilization.
- Produce variance analyses to explain performance drivers.
- Utilize AI-Supported Analytics & Automation
- Use AI tools for documenting SQL, summarizing trends, and identifying data anomalies.
- Assist in automated reporting workflows and modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and peers on AI-enabled improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and operational leaders.
- Communicate insights clearly to different stakeholder groups.
- Leverage peer groups and existing workstreams to further analytical deliverables.
- Data Quality & Governance
- Follow established data governance and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for data definitions and logic.
- Support monitoring of data pipelines and escalate issues.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics and 2+years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience (MS/MA and up to 2 yrs experience) OR 6 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills supported by experience in workforce management, operations support, industrial engineering, or adjacent roles.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships with internal customers and boundary partners to drive collaboration and outcomes.
- Ability to write code in SQL, Python, or other programming languages to query and manipulate data in internal and external databases.
- Experience utilizing ETL tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance forecasting, generate insights, and create labor modeling.
- Ability to experiment with AI-driven techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection etc.) and integrate them into workforce analytics workflows.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning for leveraging generative AI in analytics and decision support.
- Comfort with emerging technologies and willingness to continuously learn and apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy, labor efficiency, fulfillment rates, and cost control.
