Responsibilities include managing administrative workflows, maintaining confidentiality, handling busy telephone environments, applying basic bookkeeping principles, and using office software. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least four years of administrative or clerical experience, with healthcare or hospice experience preferred.

Requirements
To perform diversified clerical and secretarial duties. Oversees office work processes associated with the daily operations of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years' experience in an administrative/clerical capacity is required. Experience in a Hospice, Home Health Agency or Hospital is preferred.
- Experience in basic bookkeeping principles is required.
- Competency with computers is required. A high level of competence with computer software such as WordPerfect, Excel, and Lotus (or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a busy telephone environment is required.
Salary: $90,000K - $100,000K annually
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an area of Health Care or business.
