Currently a candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field with an accredited school in the US.
Business Analysis & Operations Support
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Support operational improvement initiatives across business processes and workflows
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions
- Participate in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities
- Help define and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics
Automation & AI Solutions
- Support the design and implementation of workflow automations and digital solutions
- Contribute to the development and testing of AI agents and AI-assisted operational tools
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Assist in integrating AI and automation solutions into daily operational processes
- Explore modern technologies and best practices related to AI-driven operations
Data & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare insights for management and stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across tools and platforms
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, process owners, and technical teams
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly
- Support coordination across distributed and cross-functional teams
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and solution discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in business operations, process improvement, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in teams
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or low-code platforms
- Interest in AI, AI agents, or generative AI technologies
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or software development concepts
- Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar
- Understanding of operational processes or shared services environments
- Experience working on university projects related to analytics, automation, or AI
