About Us

Daisy is building the future of living. As a full-stack, AI-native property management company for HOAs, co-ops, and condos, we're modernizing one of real estate's largest and most fragmented industries. By combining technology with exceptional service, we deliver greater transparency for boards, more efficient operations, and a better resident experience.

In just a few years, we've become the 8th largest property management company in NYC, expanded across the tri-state area, and now manage over 5,000 units and $200M+ in building budgets.

Backed by strong growth and recent financing, we're entering our next chapter of growth as we expand Daisy's AI-powered operating model nationwide.

Overview

This role will take full ownership of the transition process for every new building that joins Daisy, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and repeatable experience from start to finish.

You will own the onboarding process and ensure every step is completed on time, coordinating across internal departments and third-party partners to move each building through the transition and successfully reach go-live.

You will also be the face of Daisy to our clients, who are condo, co-op, and HOA boards. You will guide them throughout the transition, own their overall experience, and ensure they are informed, supported, and confident at every stage.

You will be accountable for each building from the start of the transition through go-live and stabilization on Daisy’s platform. Success is measured by on-time milestone completion, a smooth transition, and board satisfaction.

This is a fast-paced role where you will often manage multiple buildings simultaneously against firm go-live dates, so staying calm, organized, proactive, and effective under pressure is essential to succeeding in the role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the transition for new buildings joining Daisy, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of every step in the switch template.
  • Own the daily and weekly cadence of client onboarding: reviewing documentation, pushing your own and other team members' tasks to completion, and keeping every building on track.
  • Coordinate with the building's outgoing management company, vendors, and other third parties to gather what's needed and unblock progress.
  • Own the weekly status meetings, manage escalations, and lead a clean handover at close-out.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients throughout the transition, communicating clearly and proactively at every stage.
  • Own the client experience end-to-end — set expectations, keep them informed, and build their trust in Daisy from day one.
  • Handle difficult conversations with confidence, managing expectations when timelines shift and being the escalation point for board concerns.
  • Identify any broken, redundant, or missing processes and drive improvements.
  • Take ownership of additional projects and initiatives that make the team and the process better, seeing them through with minimal supervision.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business operations, project management, implementation management, or general operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage recurring processes with high motivation and resilience.
  • Thrives under pressure and stays composed while managing multiple buildings, tight timelines, and shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to catch what others may miss across documents, data, and process steps
  • Highly reliable and accountable, with strong ownership of responsibilities and outcomes
  • Comfortable making decisions, taking initiative, and engaging directly with customers
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify paths forward, and identify areas needing development.

Compensation:

This role offers a salary of $80K - $100K depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package and equity.
