The Role

This role owns execution across OffDeal's core GTM channels — partnerships, events, and outbound marketing. You'll work closely with the Head of GTM to turn strategic priorities into real outcomes, personally driving initiatives from idea to completion.

You won't manage a team directly, but you'll be the person most responsible for making sure GTM work actually gets done — not tracked, not planned, done.

What You'll Do

  • Build Systems That Make GTM Repeatable: Identify process gaps and build operational systems that improve how GTM runs – whether that’s a post-event follow-up playbook, a lead reminder workflow, or a tracking system that gives the team clear visibility into what’s working.

  • Execute Outbound Campaign Operations: Work with bankers and the Head of GTM to build, launch, and iterate on outbound campaigns. Own targeting, list quality, sequencing, messaging, and performance measurement. When something breaks, dig in firsthand to understand why before prescribing the fix.

  • Build and Operate Our Partnerships Pipeline: Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with potential partners including trade associations, referral networks, and ecosystem players. Own outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.

  • Run Events and High Stakes GTM Moments: Own the logistics and execution of conferences, dinners, and webinars – sourcing opportunities, managing registration, preparing bankers with talking points, and driving all post-event follow-through. Step in personally when needed.

A Week in the Life

This role is unpredictable by design. Here’s a sample of the kinds of things you’d own:

  1. The head of GTM sees a sharp decline in email reply rates and asks you to figure out what’s going on. You investigate, discover it’s a dashboard and data tracking problem rather than an actual channel failure, identify the root cause, and deploy a fix same day.

  1. Two clients unexpectedly drop out from a group dinner OffDeal is hosting tomorrow. You drop everything and personally find two replacements to attend in their place.

  2. You overhear bankers at lunch complaining that half of their leads aren’t showing up to booked meetings. You analyze the current workflow, identify process gaps, and deploy a new text-based reminder system that immediately reduces no-show rates by 30%.

  3. You’re tasked with assessing CPA firms as a potential channel partner. You do the research, identify 50 regional firms of relevant size, and commence outreach via email and LinkedIn. Two CPA firms have already replied, and you’re speaking with them later that evening.

  4. Junior bankers flag to the GTM team that lead quality varies significantly from each prospect list to the next. You take over list building for the next two weeks to understand the failure modes firsthand, identify the key issues, and recommend the right solution.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with the rare combination of hustle x IQ x EQ: relentless drive, sharp analytical chops, and the empathy to bring others along.

  1. Operator from elite background: 2-4 years in investment banking, management consulting (MBB), or high-growth startup operations. Bonus points for GTM or business ops at a fast-paced startup.

  1. Systems thinker who executes: You are highly structured in your operations and turn complex initiatives into executable plans. You are equally willing to build a deck in the morning and coordinate event logistics in the afternoon.

  1. Proven end-to-end owner: You've taken ambiguous, undefined problems, developed a plan, and driven them to completion without handholding. You have a standard of greatness, and you have delivered against it.

  1. Relentless follow-through: You send follow-up emails before anyone asks, update trackers without being reminded, and close loops. Nothing falls through the cracks.

  1. Low ego, high ownership: You bring rigor and structure but keep ownership close to the work. Nothing is beneath you.
