Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Operations Manager I will lead the In-Home Services (IHS) Support team within Billing and Credit for all projects, B2B client, & payment related projects, initiatives, and escalations tied to IHS operations. A successful candidate will have a strong focus on team and employee development, as well as the ability to manage multiple processes and workstreams. Also, this candidate will work on various managerial functions, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the IHS Support team, including hiring, performance management, feedback, workflow, and team responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, analyzing processes and implementing system enhancements to improve efficiency and support project goals
  • Oversee IHS Support operations related to B2C/B2B payments, chargebacks, fraud, and refunds
  • Coordinate and manage IHS support release activities across the Billing and Credit organization
  • Develop KPIs, reporting, and plans to achieve business goals, tracking progress and delivering results
  • Foster team development and employee career growth through coaching and engagement

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Customer/Vendor payments, Project, and/or Release Management preferred

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence LLM prompting, SQL, Shopify, and Magento a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
