About the role
As a Business Operations Manager, you'll be a catalyst for cross-functional success, unblocking challenges and leading peers to find success together. You'll use data analysis and business intelligence tools to facilitate stronger alignment and decision-making. This role offers unique exposure to all aspects of our business while providing opportunities to lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence Paxos' strategic direction and operational success.
What you’ll do
- Partner with teams across the organization to facilitate outcomes-focused prioritization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the team’s chances for successful outcomes
- Identify clear and actionable decisions that need rapid conclusion to unblock our business
- Take a step back to unpack why we face certain challenges and identify potential permanent remediations
About you
- 7+ years of experience in business operations or data analytics roles with a proven track record of driving improved outcomes
- Excellence in translating analysis into actionable decisions and following through to successful implementation
- Excellence in distilling complex issues to their essential components and bringing others up to speed on what matters most
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools, SQL and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Knowledge of financial services or blockchain technology is a plus
