This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package. Travel of approximately 15% will be required.

Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as a critical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and Enterprise Security Technology teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Own and drive end-to-end coordination of workstreams, including planning, tracking, and execution of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Act as a proactive internal customer advocate, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, managed, and consistently met through high-quality and timely delivery.

  • Navigate complex, matrixed corporate environments while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead prioritization efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of focus, resource alignment, and successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a primary liaison and central point of contact for Enterprise Security Technology, enabling seamless communication and coordination with key FTEs and cross-functional business partners.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business partnership roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive execution across both technical and non-technical teams in enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level updates, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, high-change environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently with limited oversight while maintaining accountability for outcomes and timelines.
  • Strong familiarity with modern program management platforms and how emerging AI capabilities can enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
