The Business Process Manager supports Workday Recruiting by managing requests, designing solutions, overseeing projects, and ensuring data quality while utilizing HR systems effectively.

Responsibilities:- Supports the functional stream lead during the specification/qualification of new requests/solutions while ensuring that the defined guideline for new demands in the Workday context is followed. Analyses and challenges requests and identifies cross-stream impacts. Supports the functional stream lead in the evaluation of new vendors.
- Designs, configures, and tests system solutions within the respective business process stream/Workday module. Reviews existing processes and makes data-driven suggestions for improvements.
- Takes responsibility for projects together with the functional lead to achieve project completion in scope, time and budget.
- Fosters a data-driven culture and supports data literacy of Workday stream communities. Creates and improves reports and dashboards based on functional requirements and supports technical and functional testing. Supports data quality in Workday and the delivery of valuable and reliable data.
- Solves 3rd level support tickets or guides junior colleagues in solving 3rd level support tickets.
- Master's degree in the field of Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration or a comparable education;
- Ideally Workday Pro certification in HCM or Recruiting;
- Fluent in English, additional language is beneficial (e.g. German);
- Practical experience in management and optimization of business processes;
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the configuration of Workday with focus on the module Recruiting;
- Workday reporting skills;
- Experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner);
- Project management skills.
