Lead design and ownership of Tennr's GTM systems stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Monday.com), build integrations and automations, create data foundations and reporting for revenue leaders, establish governance and change management, and partner with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to scale GTM processes and pipelines.

About Tennr

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

About the Role

As Tennr's first Business Systems Lead, you'll build the operational backbone of one of the fastest-scaling go-to-market organizations in healthcare AI. Translation: you're the person who decides how the whole thing fits together, so the revenue engine runs smoothly and the teams on top of it can trust what it tells them.

Our revenue engine spans Sales, Finance, CX, and Marketing, and the systems that hold them together (Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, Tabs, and a healthy pile of internal data tools) quietly decide how fast we can move when the business shifts under our feet, which it does, often. Your work directly shapes how our revenue teams operate, what leadership sees, and how quickly we can react when things change.

This is a role spanning systems architecture, process design, and analytics engineering, partnering closely across Sales, Finance, CX, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Data & Analytics. You'll own the tools, data flows, and automation that power our GTM motion: designing the processes that scale, building the integrations that keep the stack holding hands, and making sure the data everyone acts on is actually worth trusting.

You'll work on the questions that quietly determine how a high-growth GTM org actually functions: how we find leads, how leads become pipeline, how pipeline becomes bookings, how we keep customers happy, and how every system in that chain stays connected instead of quietly drifting apart.
The best fit here wants a high-agency, high-ownership role, has lived in a culture of excellence before, and is genuinely excited to build a systems foundation that compounds over time. If a clean data model gives you a small jolt of joy, you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture of Tennr's GTM systems stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Monday.com, plus the automation and integrations that keep them all talking to each other

  • Design the processes, workflows, and automation that let our revenue motion scale gracefully as headcount, segments, and product surface area grow, rather than being held together with duct tape and good intentions

  • Partner with GTM leadership (Sales, CX, Marketing, BizOps, Finance) to turn strategy into systems that actually work: territory, comp, pipeline hygiene, lead routing, forecasting, and all the unglamorous mechanics underneath each

  • Build the data foundations and reporting that give every revenue leader a real-time view of their business they can actually trust

  • Set the systems and operations best practices across GTM, including the data governance, change management, and documentation that future-you (and everyone after you) will be grateful for

  • Team up with Engineering and Data to build durable integrations and pipelines that hold the GTM stack together as it scales, and keep holding when things get busy

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years across GTM systems, RevOps, and/or analytics engineering, ideally with a tour through Sales, Finance, CX, and Marketing operations

  • Deep Salesforce expertise: architecture, integrations, complex flows, and the good judgement to know when not to build something. Salesforce Admin certification is a huge plus.

  • Fluent in SQL for analysis, validation, and data modeling; comfort with Python (or similar) for automation is a plus

  • A track record of building systems and processes that measurably changed how a revenue organization operates, not just tickets closed

  • Extensive experience with the modern GTM stack — CPQ, marketing automation, lead routing, enrichment tooling

  • Hands-on experience integrating GTM systems with finance, billing, and data infrastructure

  • Ability to turn a vague business question into both a sharp answer and a durable system, and explain it just as clearly to engineers as to executives

  • Detail-oriented, with a borderline-personal commitment to data accuracy and system integrity

  • Thrives when things move fast and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the quality

  • Operates with an ownership mindset, taking projects from “can someone look into this?” all the way to a trusted system people actually use
