We’re not just a watch marketplace; we’re a team of innovators on a mission to shape the future of the watch world. Following our successful launch in New York, we’re looking for someone as passionate about watches as we are to join our team and help elevate the Wristcheck experience in the US.

As the backbone of our sales operations, you’ll build partnerships with individual collectors, professional sellers, and industry partners, leveraging your customer-centric approach to deliver value to sellers and buyers alike. Working closely with our team, you’ll monitor the latest watch trends to curate, negotiate, and source a variety of watches for our retail and e-commerce platforms. A true watch aficionado, you know brands, complications, trends, and pricing - and you’re eager to gain exposure to a wide range of industry players and timepieces!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the sourcing process, leveraging flexibility, time management, and scheduling skills to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth coordination across teams, through strategic campaigns, inventory management, and field work.
  • Foster long-term relationships with professional sellers and individual collectors, identifying supply opportunities and negotiating competitive rates to maximize sell-through.
  • Manage the end-to-end consignment process, overseeing the entire consignment process from acquiring watches to final sales, ensuring a high level of service and quality throughout the process, while adhering to timelines and KPIs.
  • Responsible for identifying reputable and trustworthy sellers, ensuring high standards of honesty and reliability in all sourcing partnerships.
  • As our pricing expert, conduct market research, trends, and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and advise on price fluctuations. Ensure competitive pricing and provide accurate quotations to both sellers and buyers.
  • Support the management of promotions, campaigns, and online listings to increase margins by driving pricing strategy.
  • Use trend data to forecast and plan future consignment activities to drive inventory growth and manage pricing quality controls.
  • Handle all administrative duties, using our CRM and proprietary in-house platforms to manage customer an consignment data. Ensure the accuracy of all records.
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities related to the sales and consignment process – our small, dynamic team often wear multiple hats! This may include supporting or attending Wristchek events, acting as a brand ambassador, or contributing to our social media presence.

What you’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-based role in the watch industry demonstrating success in reaching revenue targets.
  • A natural salesperson; you’re skilled in negotiations and sales techniques whilst ensuring you always put our customers first.
  • Strong understanding of the watch industry. You know where to go to source supply and have a good understanding of market prices.
  • A high level of professionalism and customer service with an ability to connect and build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from all industries.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as an integral part of a highly motivated team.
  • Naturally organized with meticulous attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

What we offer:

  • Work with people who are passionate and love what they do every day in an open-minded, transparent, and people-first culture
  • Ownership and responsibility from day one. As part of our opening team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our culture, drive innovation, and have a real impact on the company's growth.
  • Participation in our equity programs lets you own a part of the company and share in our success, along with some of the world's biggest celebrity collectors, including Jay-Z and Kylian Mbappé
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
