Job Summary:
Responsible for providing support to Senior Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders in the Commercial and Industrial Sales Department including assisting in the effort to gather customer utility data, run weather normalization and pricing models, create customized proposals, track the energy markets, and update key charts and graphs, and other tasks related to assisting in the sales process.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage requests for customer historical utility usage and enter data into internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to begin the pricing process
• Utilize internal proprietary weather normalization and pricing models to facilitate pricing for customers on behalf of Sales Team
• Work cross-functionally with the Risk & Structuring desk to obtain pricing with focus on quality assurance and accuracy
• Proactively helps Sales Representatives manage customers by monitoring ideal contract renewal opportunities
• Assist in updating graphs, charts, and data on a weekly and monthly basis for Sales Representatives to present to customers
• Help prepare customized PowerPoint presentations for Sales Representatives for customer meetings
• Prepare annual budget and spend forecasts for customers by utilizing internal proprietary budget forecasting Excel models
• Provide back-end support for contract process including working cross-functionally with other Departments such as Operations and Legal to assure timely enrollments for customers
• Facilitate and follow up with Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle on uncompleted or unresolved tasks and ensure they are accomplished efficiently and timely
• Assist in keeping up-to-date and accurate trackers and sales systems
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales Representatives by responding to inquiries, helping to resolve customer issues, and putting a focus on exceptional customer service
• Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Working in an administrative/support capacity in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Previous sales support preferred, but not required

Salary Range:
$49,470.00 - $79,150.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
