About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us plan, organize, and execute our tech internship programs in our New York office. You will leverage your recruiting background to enhance the internship experience, execute program operations, and apply insights gained throughout internship cycles to strengthen our recruiting pipelines and programs. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing high-impact internship programs, including scheduling classes, events, and meetings
  • Applying recruiting best practices to program strategy, planning, and execution
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to align on program goals
  • Gathering, tracking, and analyzing feedback to continuously improve our programs
  • Organizing feedback loops between the interview and internship experience
  • Communicating with interns, program runners, recruiters, and other internal teams 
  • Maintaining program documentation, calendars, and infrastructure

We're looking for someone who works hard, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can think strategically while executing flawlessly on details.

About You
  • Have 3+ years of tech recruiting experience
  • Organized with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to handle competing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • A reliable team player with a “no job too small” attitude
  • Humble about what you don’t know; not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
  • Some program management experience is preferred
