TEAM OVERVIEW

The Global Client Solutions Group (“KCS”) is KKR’s dedicated investor solutions team. KCS, formerly known as the Client and Partner Group, or CPG, was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR’s relationships with current and potential investors. The nature of this role is project-based, focused on joint product development and sales initiatives within the Capital Group partnership. The Capital Group partnership team collaborates with stakeholders across all facets of the organization to drive awareness and delivery of CG workstreams.


POSITION SUMMARY

The Capital Group Partnership Team is seeking an Associate to support the execution and coordination of CG/KKR initiatives. The successful candidate will manage projects, engage with internal and external stakeholders, prepare client-ready materials, support product structuring, conduct market research, and support CG/KKR sales activities. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Support the Capital Group partnership team in executing CG/KKR initiatives (e.g., public-private solutions). Responsibilities include preparing updates, tracking deliverables, and maintaining regular communication with the client project team at Capital Group
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with KCS product, investment teams, legal, marketing, and operations to progress materials and ensure all constituents are aligned and apprised of ongoing client discussions
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Capital Group’s project management team to ensure timely coordination of deliverables (onsites, materials, diligence needs, etc.)
  • Materials & Communications: Assist in the preparation of client-ready materials, including product proposals, internal presentations, and due diligence questionnaires across various strategies or product types
  • Market & Competitor Research: Monitor and document trends across other public and private equity partnerships and DC/retail alternatives innovation.
  • Product Structuring Support: Support product development efforts across interval funds along with other structures including work on subscription mechanics, liquidity sleeves, and regulatory requirements (e.g., 1940 Act).
  • Sales Activities: Over time, assist CG/KKR Partnership team in activating CG’s Sales and Marketing organizations to accelerate flows into CG/KKR products and solutions

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates will typically have 2–3 years of experience in financial services or a related field, with exposure to project-based work environments.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and the ability to operate in a cross-functional environment. Prior exposure to private markets is helpful but not required.

We are looking for team-oriented candidates with strong analytical backgrounds,outstanding oral and written communication skills, maturity, presence, and sound judgment. The position will be based alongside the team in the KKR New York office.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$130,000$150,000 USD
