Role Summary
The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals.
Graduates are expected to start no later than September 2026.

The Capital Markets EMG Equity Derivatives Department at Marex plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital markets activities by facilitating institutional trading, market access, and client coverage across equity derivatives products. As part of a front office function, the team partners closely with middle office and support teams to manage trade lifecycle processes, ensure accurate booking, and maintain high standards of execution and service. This department not only provides market expertise and business support but also establishes the minimum required standards for trading processes and controls, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to transparency, consistency, and operational excellence throughout its global footprint.
Purpose of Role
The Capital Markets – EMG Equity Derivatives Analyst is responsible for supporting the Equity Derivatives IDB desk by assisting with trade lifecycle management and post‑trade processes across institutional client accounts. In the first year, the role will focus on liaising with middle office teams to support clearing, settlement, fee reconciliation, and timely resolution of trade breaks, while providing additional capacity to the desk and enabling senior members to focus on execution and client engagement.
In today’s fast‑paced and data‑driven equity markets, accurate trade support and insight into market flows are essential to effective execution and client coverage. In the second year, the role will transition toward supporting trade execution and analytics, leveraging data to monitor institutional options flow, generate trade ideas, and identify addressable markets where the desk has a competitive edge in client coverage and product expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Support trade lifecycle management for the Equity Derivatives IDB desk, liaising with middle office on clearing, settlement, fee reconciliation, and break resolution.
- Ensure accurate trade booking and timely resolution of discrepancies across institutional client accounts.
- Develop a strong understanding of equity derivatives products, systems, and workflows, progressing toward sponsorship for required regulatory licenses.
- Build and maintain data analytics to monitor institutional options flow, supporting the generation of trade ideas and market insights.
- Assist in mapping addressable markets and client opportunities, leveraging data and product knowledge to support execution, sales, and desk strategy.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field required.
• Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
