About the team
  • The Capital Markets team at Worldpay is dedicated to securing capital and managing the financial partnerships essential for the company's growth. Our team is responsible for managing Worldpay's liquidity needs and collaborating closely with external lenders and investors to execute our funding strategy.
  • We partner internally with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk teams on various strategic initiatives, and work with business leaders and corporate development to support both organic and inorganic growth strategies. Through strategic balance sheet and liquidity management, capital structure optimization, and building strong financial partnerships, we drive Worldpay's success.
     
What you’ll own
  • Build and manage complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support in the execution of debt and equity market financing transactions.
  • Develop investor presentations and other materials for roadshows, rating agency meetings, and investor meetings.
  • Perform analyses to identify and structure ways to optimize the balance sheet, capital structure, and funding strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with banking partners, lenders, investors, and other capital markets participants.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Worldpay's leadership team.
  • Ensure adherence to credit facility agreements and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with rating agencies to support the company's credit ratings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Capital Markets team.
     
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, equity capital markets, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Strong organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence.
  • Knowledge of cash management activities and financial analysis along with the ability to understand and apply concepts.
  • Ability to identify, address, and resolve employee-related issues.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
  • Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management.
  • Ability to design, document, and implement process improvements.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $120,840.00 - $203,010.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  This position is eligible for bonus.The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer.
