The Casino Operations Specialist focuses on enhancing gaming experiences by evaluating risks, conducting analyses, managing client inquiries, and integrating new games while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

We are looking for a Casino Configurations Specialist to join Relum team.
The employee is responsible for the timely and proper completion of daily tasks, including the activation of new providers and games on the sites. Ensure primary testing of games, as well as prompt and accurate handling of partner inquiries.
Job responsibilities:
- Configure and accurately categorize newly released games across the casino platforms
- Manage the configuration of newly integrated providers and their full game portfolios in our back office, ensuring their successful integration on partner websites
- Onboard new games to partner websites and ensure the continuous maintenance of existing game content
- Conduct comprehensive testing of casino games to verify visual presentation and functional performance
- Set up and manage bonus campaigns and tournaments within the back-office system
- Provide partners with timely, accurate solutions to their inquiries, supporting seamless operations such as adding providers or games, updating banners and widgets, managing tournaments, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Integrations, and Development teams to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives
- Stay updated on all company products and in-house software, quickly learning about any changes to keep skills sharp
- Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing by actively participating in creating, updating, and sharing the knowledge base with team members and company staff
- Complete other tasks as delegated by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in IT / Management will be a plus
- Experience in casino/gaming industry or related field
- Good command of English language, both written and verbal
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or other similar software will be considered as a plus
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
