About H:

H exists to push the boundaries of superintelligence with agentic AI. By automating complex, multi-step tasks typically performed by humans, AI agents will help unlock full human potential.

The role:

We are looking for a Catalyst: an exceptional entrepreneurial operator who can enter ambiguous, high-stakes situations and create progress fast.

This is not a traditional strategy, operations, product, or project management role. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify what matters, structure the problem, align the right people, and drive execution until the outcome is delivered.

We are looking for someone who can think like a strategist, move like a founder, and execute like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects from start to finish, including product launches, enterprise deployments, GTM initiatives, partnerships, internal operations, or new business opportunities.

  • Turn ambiguity into clear action, by structuring complex problems, gathering signal, defining priorities, preparing recommendations, and aligning stakeholders around the right path forward.

  • Drive execution hands-on, removing bottlenecks, coordinating across product, engineering, research, GTM and operations, and personally doing whatever is needed to move critical topics forward.

  • Within your first months, you will have taken ownership of several high-impact topics with limited guidance. You will have helped leadership make better and faster decisions, unblocked complex cross-functional initiatives, and raised the operating level of the company through clarity, pace, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding track record in a demanding environment, such as venture capital, top-tier strategy consulting, a Chief of Staff role, a fast-growing startup, founder/operator experience, product strategy, or business operations.

  • Exceptional ownership, autonomy, and execution speed, with the ability to operate without a playbook, make progress with incomplete information, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex topics, communicate clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and build trust across technical and business teams.

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You are a former founder, VC, Chief of Staff, strategy consultant, or high-performing startup operator.

  • You have been the person founders or executives call when something is important, messy, and urgent.

  • You are intellectually sharp, deeply proactive, hands-on, and energized by speed, ambiguity, and high expectations.

You May Not Be a Fit If

  • You need a clearly defined scope before starting.

  • You prefer advising over owning.

  • You are uncomfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Location:

  • Hybrid from NY/Austin

  • This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.

What We Offer:

  • Join the exciting journey of shaping the future of AI, and be part of the early days of one of the hottest AI startups.

  • Collaborate with a fun, dynamic, and multicultural team, working alongside world-class AI talent in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Enjoy a competitive salary.

  • Unlock opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development.

If you want to change the status quo in AI, join us.
