Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate regulatory strategy and engagements for Firmwide Resiliency Office (FRO), the Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO), and CCOR Tech & Cyber
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements impacting coverage areas focusing on synergies across these areas to drive a consistent message across the firm
- Partner across line of business and corporate functions to deliver fulsome and consistent responses to regulatory inquiries
- Advise, influence, and challenge senior leaders in preparation for and during regulatory engagements. Drive global collaboration and communication around regulatory themes, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Maintain thorough records of regulatory engagements and provide reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Escalate issues that arise in the course of engagements promptly and effectively
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including experience at a large financial institution or regulator, consulting or legal firm
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory engagements, including exams and on-going monitoring.
- Working knowledge of Independent Risk Management functions ideally in areas such as Resiliency and Third Party Oversight
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships at a senior level.
- A culture carrier with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude; the ability to think creatively and strategically and continuously challenge processes and efficiencies is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and writing.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Python and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Gen AI Tools, like LLM Suite.
