As a member of the Central Flow organization as Coordinator, you will be supporting the timely resolution and analysis of receiving issues sent in from our field operations team. This role will be required to understand the purchasing systems that gopuff utilizes, common issues encountered by the field and how to navigate the gopuff systems in order to resolve the tickets within the given SLA time frame.
The role will be required to be able to follow documented procedure and process maps, resolve issues and escalate when necessary. They will be supporting a critical part of the gopuff operations organization and helping drive Gopuff to the next level.
You Will:
- Analyzing and triaging receiving errors from the field operations team
- Creating and editing purchase orders for micro fulfillment center receipt of product
- Communicating with multiple vendor partners to gather item information
- Utilizing multiple internal and external systems to triage issues
- Updating and cleansing item meta data in several different systems
- Working cross functionally to support 3 way match initiatives
- Working through other Central Flow tasks and supporting field team
You Have:
- Basic knowledge of system workflows, how to manage your own backlog and ensure compliance of SLA's (service level agreements)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management, data management and ticket resolution
- Handle emergency situations quickly to minimize business changes in the field
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong customer service and vendor relationship building skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Willing to work nights and weekend shifts
