We are on the lookout for a CG Artist / Creative Retoucher to join our Design Department.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact promotional visuals through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching.
- Develop key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives.
- Work with complex compositions, combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes.
- Perform artistic retouching: lighting, color grading, atmosphere, effects.
- Enhance 3D renders and integrate them seamlessly into promo creatives.
- Bring ideas to life based on briefs, references, and abstract concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, 3D, and motion teams to deliver strong visual concepts.
- Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.
- Maintain high level of detail, style, and visual storytelling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative retouching / CG art / promo design.
- Strong portfolio with promotional creatives and key visuals.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create atmospheric and sales-driven visuals.
- Experience working with 3D renders and compositing.
- Attention to detail and ability to polish visuals to high-end quality.
- Fluency is Russian.
Nice to have:
- Experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Understanding of marketing creatives and user attention patterns.
