We’re looking for a Change & Enablement Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation team within the Delivery organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, technology, and creativity — and is passionate about helping organizations successfully adopt new ways of working.

As a technology-first creative agency, we partner with clients to transform how content is planned, created, managed, and delivered at scale. The Change & Enablement Lead will play a critical role in driving adoption, readiness, and value realization across enterprise transformation initiatives, with a focus on content supply chain transformation, creative operations, workflow modernization, and AI-enabled ways of working.

This is a client-facing consulting and execution role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production, operations, and technology to help organizations navigate change and maximize the impact of new processes and platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative partner, and adaptable problem solver who can simplify complexity, influence without authority, and drive meaningful organizational adoption in fast-paced environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead organizational change management and enablement workstreams across client transformation initiatives focused on content operations, marketing workflows, and enterprise technology implementations
  • Partner with client stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term business value
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and training needs analyses to support successful transformation outcomes
  • Develop and deliver change and enablement plans, including communications, training, adoption strategies, and engagement activities
  • Support clients through people, process, and technology changes by translating complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable plans
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams including creative, production, operations, strategy, and technology
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, product teams, strategists, and implementation partners to integrate change management activities into overall project delivery plans
  • Help clients establish scalable ways of working and operational models that improve collaboration, efficiency, and content production at scale
  • Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise platforms and digital workflows, including Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Firefly
  • Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives by helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, and ways of working powered by generative AI and automation technologies
  • Create and maintain enablement materials including communications, presentations, process documentation, training content, playbooks, and user guides
  • Identify organizational risks, resistance points, and adoption barriers, and recommend mitigation strategies to improve engagement and transformation success
  • Define and measure success metrics related to adoption, readiness, training effectiveness, and user engagement
  • Stay current on emerging trends in organizational change management, creative operations, content supply chain transformation, and AI-enabled workflow solutions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 6+ years experience in organizational change management, enablement, transformation consulting, or related roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives, ideally within digital marketing, creative operations, content supply chain, or consulting environments
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change efforts from strategy through execution, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities
  • Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices
  • Ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting or enabling enterprise platforms and workflow tools, with familiarity across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred, including Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Firefly
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working and/or implementing generative AI tools, workflows, or adoption initiatives
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect transformation initiatives to operational outcomes and business value
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and deliver high-quality work across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience creating training materials, enablement assets, executive communications, and user adoption resources
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, production, operations, and technology teams
  • Bonus: Prosci certification and/or Adobe Workfront certification
