  • Co-Selling Mastery: Act as the liaison between BlinkOps’ AEs and Partner Reps to build trust, facilitate joint account planning, and ensure flawless execution in the field.
  • Enablement: Deliver compelling training and workshops to ensure partner sales and technical teams can effectively position, demo, and sell the value of Agentic AI.
  • Field Presence: Be the partner advocate for security automation in your territory, representing BlinkOps at regional industry events and partner roadshows.

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of quantifiable success in Channel Management and/or Partner Sales within Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Established Network: Deep, pre-existing relationships with key security partners (VARs and MSSPs) across the South East territory
  • Execution Mindset: A track record of taking a high-level channel strategy and successfully operationalizing it to consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • High Drive & Autonomy: The hustle and grit required to thrive as an early member of an expanding Channel team, with the proven ability to manage a massive territory independently.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the territory (approx. 30-50%) for face-to-face partner engagement and events.
