About Practice by Numbers
Practice by Numbers is an all-in-one business platform for dental practices. We use data, automation, and AI to help practices grow, run more efficiently, and take better care of their patients.

The Role
Dental practices lean on people they already trust: consultants, coaches, affiliates, and resellers. When one of those partners recommends us, it carries weight. We're hiring a Channel Account Manager to own those relationships and turn them into revenue.
This is a quota-carrying sales role. You'll own a book of affiliate and reseller partners, get them sending business our way, and close the deals they bring in. If you've built pipeline through partners and you'd rather be measured on revenue than on meetings, this is your seat.

What You'll Do
  • Own a book of affiliate and reseller partners and carry a quota for partner-sourced revenue.
  • Activate signed partners who aren't sending business yet. Train them, equip them, and follow up until deals show up.
  • Run partner-sourced deals from first conversation to close, including Zoom demos for dental practices.
  • Build joint plans with top partners: target practices, co-hosted webinars, events, and simple co-marketing.
  • Visit partners in person and represent Practice by Numbers at dental meetings and industry events.
  • Track referrals, demos, deals, and revenue in HubSpot and deliver an accurate weekly forecast.
  • Work with our Partnerships team on new partner recruiting, program terms, and training materials.
  • Bring partner and market feedback back to Sales, Marketing, and Product.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years carrying a quota in B2B sales, with a track record of hitting quota through partners, not just direct sales.
  • Dental practice sales experience is strongly preferred. Healthcare or SMB software experience is also considered.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, on Zoom and in person.
  • Deep organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to partner offices and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
On-target earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $200,000 per year, made up of base salary plus commission tied to partner-sourced revenue.

What We Offer
  • Health insurance [medical / dental / vision].
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Room to grow at a fast-growing company, with a partner channel you help build.
  • A collaborative team that likes to win and celebrates when it does.
