As a Channel Account Manager, you will build relationships, influence stakeholders, manage projects, and drive growth in the US and Canada.

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-first Channel Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for a natural connector who thrives on meeting people, building trust instantly, and turning initial conversations into long-lasting commercial relationships.

In this role, you won't just be selling a product; you will be influencing a network. You will work closely with the Monday.com ecosystem (internal employees and customers), leveraging your knowledge of Make and the New York tech scene to drive growth. You will act as a "sharer" of information, wrapping complex technical concepts in simple language to influence stakeholders ranging from individual sellers to Sales Directors.

Because this role involves a high volume of requests and moving parts, you must possess the organizational mindset of a Project Manager combined with the heart of a Salesperson.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish strong rapport and trust quickly with partners, specifically within the Monday.com ecosystem and sellers in the New York area.
  • Influence Stakeholders: Ability to navigate and influence different seniority levels within partner organizations (from operational sellers to Sales Directors) to drive Make revenue.
  • Project & Time Management: Manage a high volume of partner requests and opportunities with superior organizational skills. You will treat your territory like a portfolio of projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Simplify Complexity: Act as a proactive communicator ("a sharer, not a keeper"), translating complex automation and integration concepts into simple, compelling value propositions for partners.
  • Territory Management: Drive business across the US and Canada (with a primary focus on the NY hub), creating and executing a strategy to grow channel revenue.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work with internal Make teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure partners have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Sales & Industry Background: Strong background in SaaS sales, specifically within CRM, Marketing, PM tools, or Integrations/Automation.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the US market; experience working with Monday.com sellers or customers is a distinct advantage.
  • Relationship Superpower: You are genuinely extroverted and enjoy meeting people. You have a proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain it.
  • Exceptional Communication: Native-level English is required. You must be able to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong project management and time-management skills are essential to handle the high volume of activity in this role.
  • Proactive Mindset: You are high-energy, self-motivated, and quick to share information rather than gatekeep it.
  • Tech Savvy: Skilled in using CRM tools (Salesforce), LinkedIn, and comfortable discussing API-led automation landscapes.
What we offer:
  • Exciting company culture with a startup vibe supported by a stable global group.
  • Large sales territory (US & Canada) with strong growth potential.
  • Industry-leading product consistently ranked #1 by Gartner.
  • Multinational team of 40+ nationalities shaping the future of automation.
  • Clear career paths, internal mobility, dedicated learning programs, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Exceptional benefits, including generous PTO, hybrid work options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, travel support, extended parental leave, volunteer days, and more.
  • Well-being support through gym subsidies, counseling, and holistic wellness programs.
  • Empowered environment where ideas are valued and autonomous teams drive impact.
