What you will do

The Kenvue Internship program is a six-month experience to help third or final year Bachelor's degree in management or any related field develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.  This role will enable the intern to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.  This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours per week) assignment aiming to start earliest this August/September.

We are looking for a Channel and Customer Development Intern who can join our team and support our skin care brand acceleration and store distribution expansion.  This role is designed for a highly analytical, collaborative and proactive undergraduate, eager to dive into the operations of our business. 

What will you do

The successful intern will be tasked to support our key projects:

  • Support high-impact Channel Development projects within offline retail channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, sales, and external partners to bring growth initiatives to life.
  • Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Manage project follow-ups and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop recommendations that enhance shopper experience, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive channel growth.

Qualifications

  • Third- or fourth-year university student from any discipline with a strong interest in business, problem-solving, and tackling real-world challenges. Students from Management, Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Active in student organizations, events, competitions, or project-based activities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Assertive, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months starting August/September
